The Chief Operations Officer moves the district from reactive operations to strategic, integrated systems management. This role leads maintenance, transportation, facilities, food services, data, and technology; oversees the district’s $200 million bond program, including planning, construction, and long-term facilities strategy; and ensures student attendance, achievement, and other essential data systems are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
