The Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning is accountable for student outcomes and sets the district’s strategy for instruction. They ensure that curricula, instruction, and assessment resources, training, structures, processes and supports are aligned to the district’s goals.
This includes leading teams responsible for all matters related to curriculum and instruction, overseeing the district’s principals to ensure quality instruction and school culture, and supervising the Executive Director for Education Services to ensure students receive the support they need for success.
